We blessed Claire on July 8th. We drove from Salt Lake to Logandale for it since almost all of our family live down there. It was such a great weekend. Packed full of parties! Saturday we went swimming at my family's house and had lunch there. Then we had a dinner party with the Dalley crew and that night had a swim/dessert party with the Waites. Sunday Aaron blessed Claire in my parents ward. He was so nervous but did such an amazing job. Claire was so good and quiet through the whole thing. My mom has started a tradition of making blessing dresses for all her granddaughters and does such an amazing job. Claire looked beautiful in her dress. After the blessing we had a little luncheon for everyone, celebrated Aaron's Birthday and got back on the road to Salt Lake. It was a quick trip but so wonderful. We love our precious little girl and are so happy to have her in our family. She has blessed our lives in so many ways.
